On 06.01.2024, came into force the Law no. 426 of 29 December 2023 to amend and supplement Law no. 212/2022 on some measures to reduce the seismic risk of buildings: it is forbidden to rent or transfer the use of dwellings located in buildings classified in seismic risk class RsI.

The bondholders accuse the company of disseminating false information and market manipulation, the criminal complaint being related to the financial reports made over time, in particular regarding marketing expenses of 32 million lei made in the period 2019-2021 and wrongly recorded in the accounts.
