On 06.01.2024, came into force the Law no. 426 of 29 December 2023 to amend and supplement Law no. 212/2022 on some measures to reduce the seismic risk of buildings: it is forbidden to rent or transfer the use of dwellings located in buildings classified in seismic risk class RsI.
